Bilir food containers are paperboard noodle boxes, deli trays and meal boxes with leak-resistant folds, manufactured in İstanbul on barrier-coated food-grade board, available from 10,000 units with a 14–21 day lead time for takeaway, delivery and food-to-go brands across the EU, GCC and Africa.
Bilir corrugated mailers are die-cut e-commerce boxes and heavy-duty shipping cartons in E, B, C and double-wall flute, manufactured in İstanbul with flexo or offset print, available from 5,000 units with a 14–21 day lead time for online brands across the EU, GCC and Africa.
Bilir premium rigid boxes are setup boxes with magnetic closures, drawers and luxury papers, made by hand in İstanbul on 1–3 mm greyboard with hot foil and spot UV, available from 3,000 units with a 20–28 day lead time for luxury retail brands across the EU, GCC and Africa.

For automated offset printing, standard corrugated boxes require a 5,000 unit MOQ. Specialized food containers start at 10,000 units. Rigid premium boxes require a 3,000 unit MOQ. Low-MOQ pilot production runs are available on request across every category.
We export globally using FOB Istanbul, CIF, or DAP terms. For the EU and UK, we use palletized road freight (7-14 days). For the GCC, we offer both air freight and sea freight.
Yes, physical blank prototypes are provided to test dimensions and product fit. Once the structure is approved, we proceed to print proofs and mass manufacturing.
